[At present, no data has been published that examined whether or not NAD + administration was targeted for the therapeutic effect on cancer. In this study, we confirm the antitumor effect of activation of the immune system by NAD + in tumor-bearing mice, and perform immunological analysis thereof. The following three points will be clarified within the research period. -Clarify the anti-tumor effect of NAD + administration on bladder cancer in mice-Clarify the immunological changes during NAD + administration in tumor-bearing mice. -Clarify the potential for clinical application compared with BCG intravesical therapy.]

現時点において、NAD+投与の癌に対する治療効果をターゲットとして可否を検討したデータは発表されていない。本研究では、担癌マウスにおいてNAD+による免疫機構の賦活による抗腫瘍効果を確認し、その免疫学的解析を行う。研究期間内に次の3点を明らかにする。・NAD+投与によるマウス膀胱癌に対する抗腫瘍効果を明らかにする・担癌マウスにおけるNAD+投与時の免疫学的変化を明らかにする。・BCG膀胱内注入療法と比較して臨床応用への可能性を明らかする。
